Strength & Conditioning and Martial Arts under one roof. One membership. No compromises.
S&C and martial arts aren't separate things. They feed each other. A stronger athlete moves better, hits harder, and lasts longer. Done right, you become a more well-rounded athlete, whatever your starting point.
Start Your Week TrialMost gyms do one or the other. HYBE was built around the idea that strength and martial arts make each other better. One membership, full access to both.

Build strength, develop your engine, move better.
Our strength classes are designed with multiple training blocks spanning 8 to 14 weeks, each focusing on different physical adaptations. You will see common themes such as Hypertrophy and Strength as our main rotating blocks, building up muscular mass and developing overall strength.

The origin of our name. Hybrid is our signature class — a complex blend of strength and conditioning where structured compound lifting meets breath-taking conditioning pieces, expertly interweaved to deliver a seamless combination of strength that transfers to real-world application and a robust engine that lets you express it. Best of both worlds.
Our special signature. The toughest workouts you can imagine — even our founding coaches feel queasy at the thought. Hybrid+ challenges your entire system: musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, neurological, and more.
Our group classes are capped at 12 people to ensure quality attention for everyone. Every workout is structured so anyone can perform it — whether you're chasing a heavy barbell squat or learning a bodyweight squat for the first time. We adjust variables and movements to match your current level. Everyone progresses together.
The Art of 8 Limbs. Learn to fight properly. Technique first, always.

HYBE is a hybrid training gym at Orchard Cineleisure, Singapore. We run Muay Thai, Boxing, and Strength & Conditioning under one roof, under one membership. The concept is simple: two disciplines, one gym, coached properly.
We offer Strength & Conditioning and Muay Thai/Boxing classes. All classes are coach-led and structured. Every session is designed so you understand what you're training and why, not just go through the motions.
None required. We train beginners and experienced athletes the same way, starting from the basics. Bring a water bottle, wear comfortable training clothes, and if you have your own gloves bring them, otherwise we have equipment available.
We offer flexible options. Single drop-in is $40. If you're new, the best way to start is the First-Timer Unlimited Week at $69, which gives you 7 days of unlimited classes. Monthly membership starts at $360/month, with lower rates on longer commitments down to $300/month on an annual plan. Class packs are also available. Sign up via the Schedule section above or WhatsApp us directly.
Yes. The First-Timer Unlimited Week at $69 is a one-time offer for new members. Come as many times as you want in 7 days. It's the best way to experience both disciplines before deciding on a membership.
