Build strength, develop your engine, move better.
Strength helps you move, perform and live better. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, each 55 minute class follows a progressive 12 week cycle. Every session prioritises steady progression and safe technique. You build muscle, get stronger, and keep doing the things you love without pain.
Conditioning builds your body's engine. Each 55 minute class is challenging and scales to where you're at. Using intervals, circuits, machines and free weights, every session works your cardio, endurance and overall work capacity.
Hybrid is our signature class, combining strength and conditioning in one session. Structured lifting meets hard conditioning work. You learn to lift with intent, move with intensity, and keep performing when you're tired. It builds a functional, athletic body that holds up to whatever you throw at it.
Hybrid+ is our toughest session. The workouts are relentless and intentionally uncomfortable, pushing output, capacity and resilience. This is where you find your limits and move them.
For fighters or beginners, technique first, always.
A technical session focused on building a solid foundation. From improving footwork, to sharpening up techniques and expanding combat strategies, this is the class to be in to round off your striking.
A session for all levels that will challenge your fitness. From pad work, to partner drills as well as functional strength & conditioning. This program will elevate your training.
After rounds on the pads, drilling the fundamentals and studying the strategies, now it's time to put it all to the test. Continuous rounds of technical sparring that will push your fighting fitness onto the next level.
Plenty of weightlifting gyms conduct proper strength & conditioning (S&C) but leave striking arts (Muay Thai, boxing, etc.) as an accessory, while striking gyms often structure lessons the other way round. We yearned for a space that imparts both well: a systematic S&C program paired with striking that is tested and real.
So we built HYBE: authentic strength, conditioning, boxing and Muay Thai training, all under one roof and one membership. You pick what you want, within one community.
SEA Games 2025 Bronze Medalist
Jeryl is a SEA Games Bronze Medalist who has spent years competing and coaching at the highest level of Muay Thai in Southeast Asia. His classes are technique-first, built around making you a smarter, more complete fighter. Whether you've never thrown a punch or you've been training for years.
Coached national & professional athletes
Darren has programmed for SG national and professional athletes. He brings that same rigour to every session at HYBE. No guesswork, no filler, just science-backed training that works. Expect structured programming and a coach who can tell you exactly why you're doing what you're doing.
Powerlifting, bodybuilding & S&C
Raverick has been coaching for 4 years with an extensive background in track, calisthenics, and S&C. He leads by example, and the example is strong. He meets you where you are and builds you up from there.
Ex-amateur boxing athlete
He coaches the way he learned, fundamentals first and no shortcuts. He'd rather you throw one clean punch than ten sloppy ones.
